The CI2025.507070 standard mold base from LKM. This mold, measuring 250mm in length, 250mm in width, and 251mm in height, features a two-plate design with a side gate and cold runner system, making it a perfect choice for mass production due to its easy processing and degating capabilities. The mold surface is polished to SPI B-2, enhancing smoothness, hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, with a tool life of up to 500,000 shots. The cavity and core are hardened using 1*4/S136, ensuring high hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, allowing for continuous production of stable quality parts with short cycle times and precise details, free of flow marks and gas marks.
The part material used is POM, with a part size of 3.86mm x 7.78mm x 3.25mm and a part weight of only 0.03g. The mold net weight is 94kg, and it is suitable for an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 100T.
